Antique Vintage Wooden & Brass Large Surveyors Theodolite Tripod ideal lamp

  
Thanks for viewing my listing of this beautiful old tripod, believed to have originally been for a surveyor's theodolite. When closed it is approx 150cm tall. The height is adjusted simply by how wide you splay the'legs'.

The top is brass, as you can see in photo 4 the brass thread has become a little misshaped over the years. This could easily be upcycled into a fabulous standard lamp.
