Lovely vintage wooden surveyors tripod. Nice vintage photo surveying tripod in lovely condition. Great for use with indoor lights or theatre lights. Wood has new coat of varnish. Metal bits left untouched for authentic used look.

Some old paint remains here and there which adds to character. Feet repainted but not overly so, so retains nice vintage feel. Obviously seen some life and has a few marks and scratches to the wood work but this just adds to the character. Leather carry strap is in place and in good condition.

For the sake of the listing I point out that there are obvious signs of wear and use. There are scratches, minor dents, tarnish, chips and marks to all metal work as you'd expect on a vintage used item of this nature. All defects are consistent with age and use and adds to the appeal of the item in my opinion. The conditions overall are good. Great decorative items or for re-use in something weird and wonderful.
