The height of the stool is adjusted by rotating the round seat, the 2 lower tiers guide the large wooden threaded-end vertical central axis and hold the flared legs in a stationary position. Dimensions: lowest-23" high/highest-30" high x 18" wide x 15" deep. Seat is 12" diameter x 1 3/4" thick.
