Vintage wood and brass surveyors tripod Germany Antique Science Engineering

Offered here is a vintage antique wood and brass surveyors tripod. Very attractive and nicely made check the close-ups for details. I could find no other brand or manufacturers markings just the word GERMANY. Appears perfect but the top plate - if it ever included one - appears to have been replaced. Also included is what appears to be the original canvas and leather case, also marked Germany (they were found together). Collapsed length approximately 23 inches. Opened with one extension (as pictured) approximately 40 inches in height. Opened with two leg extension approximately 55 inch height. A nice science, engineering or photography collectable. A nice vintage antique piece as is or I have seen a number converted to either table lamp or floor lamp bases. Either way, I think you will be pleased. And don't forget to check out my store.
