A used piece of militaria in very good condition. WWII vintage for certain, possibly earlier. Rare photographers tripod, much more rare than surveyors tripods. Original finish and paint, unrestored. Brass and aluminum vintage construction. Complete leg adjustment hardware, all original. Wood burned markings "HQ", in 3 places.

Fully adjustable aluminum and stainless steel photographers head suitable for still and movie cameras. Panning feature suitable for small film movie cameras. Threaded 1/4 - 20 camera stud mount. Can supply close up photos on request. In the best condition I have ever seen for an as used tripod.
