There's a small metal piece that fell off while moving the tripod, see the last picture. I'm not sure where it attached to, will be including it in the long bag with the offset rod. One leg is splitting towards the top, see the 9th picture, another is splitting throughout most, see the 11th photo.
Could possibly be clamped and glued? I tried fastening together the two pieces of the offset rod together but the rust prevented them from fully screwing. Carrying strap is broken and brittle. I'm not an expert on this type of equipment but I will do my best to answer any questions!
