Vintage Wood Tripod Floor / Table Lamp Edison Uplight One-of-a-Kind Statement

  

This one-of-a-kind Vintage Tripod Lamp is a beautiful tribute to yesteryear. Re-purposed vintage and antique reproduction components, combine to provide a warm reminder of "the old days".

Would enhance the decor of many industrial age, farmhouse, retro or loft rooms. The slim lines and brass accents betray hints of its European lineage and subtle Art-Deco vibe. The rare antique wood/brass camera tripod provides much flexibility: Its four-section legs allow display as a table lamp or taller floor lamp. When the legs are at their shortest, the lamp height is approximately 39 (with included shade).

With legs fully extended, the lamp stands approximately 61 high. Weight = 3 lbs 5 oz. The lamp serves as an "up light" with the included glass tulip shade. However, the shade can be easily replaced using the standard 2 1/4 thumb-screw fitter.

The lamp sports all new UL certified electrical components: a vintage reproduction 2-prong plug, generous 9 foot twisted cloth cord (black/copper), brass, un-switched standard-size bulb socket (E26), brown, rocker cord switch. Flaws, blemishes and tool marks, in both wood and metal attest to this workman's ethic of reuse, re-purpose and creative adaptation.
