Spanish / Italian Style Carved Wood Leather Ornate Tripod Birthing Chair Vintage

  

It is an ornate carved wood and leather birthing chair. It could be Spanish or Italian or some other origin entirely, but the style is medieval. It is 31" at the back, 19" at the seat and is a tripod style. The three legs screw on, the back has two wooden pegs that slide into two holes, and then there is a metal fastener that holds it together with a screw.
