Vintage Dietzgen Survey Transit 52541 with Wooden Box, Tools, Marked Tripod

  

52541 transit with the original wooden box and the tripod also marked Dietzgen. The transit itself has a 4 1/4" dial with an 11 1/2" scope and the bubble level under it is good. The scope also has an eye piece that pulls out.

It has a patent number on it of 2567553. It has two increments pieces both with fold down flaps that close. The scope will focus in.

It is the 6000 series. It has two levels with good vials/bubbles. The size is 34 - 8 threads. The plumb bob is marked Dietzgen 8 which makes it an 8 ounce. On the door there is a leather case that contains some tools and also on the door is a brush and screwdriver.

The tripod has a sticker on it marked Dietzgen. The transit will weight 30 pounds and the tripod 17 pounds and boxes will be oversized. Please message for info if this would work.
