Solid wood frame with expanding metal tubular legs. The top has mounting hardware with tightening set screw. Heavy duty metal pointed feet on ends of legs. Great condition; no chips, cracks or loose spots. Original drab green paint has scratches from normal use. Height is approx 5 feet (60) tall at tallest.
